The location of our house offers spaciousness, tranquility, beautiful panorama. It is suitable for rest and relaxation as well as for rural tourism. The property is breathtaking to anyone who had the opportunity to visit it.

The house is located in an area with spring water. You can enjoy the fountain of three spring fountains near the house, where the name comes from – ”Three Fountains ”. There is much to say about such living springs in our home lands bringing joy to people. And if you listen to the romance of an old fountain, you may hear the water whispering the enduring message of the old Bulgarian tradition – to do good, to feed the hungry, to give water to the thirsty…

Location

The House “Trite Cheshmi” is situated in Avren village, only 25 km from Varna.

Varna Airport is only 29 km away, Kamchia beach – 29 km. The village is situated in the east part of Danube hilly plain, in the southern slopes of the Avren plateau, at an altitude of 360 meters at sea level, and is the highest point around Varna (for information, the town of Elena is at 290 meters at sea level). The area is famous for its fresh air, beautiful nature, forest walking paths. Here you can enjoy peace and silence. The house was built in 2008 and completed in 2019 with lots of love so that guests feel comfortable and relaxed surrounded by nature.
